Studio HIVE is a team of experienced development entrepreneurs from professional property and construction backgrounds including surveyors, architects, planners, project and development managers to sustainability and building experts. Our track-record includes the delivery of landmark projects such as the Royal William Yard Plymouth, Seven Acres Cambridge, Lakeshore Bristol and The Point Bristol - all of which are award winning projects. Most recently the principal house on Seven Acres won the ‘What House Awards 2013 Gold Award – Best House’ the ‘Blue Ribbon Awards – Ideal Home of the year 2013’ and the ‘London Evening Standard – Eco Living Award’ The majority of the Studio Hive team have worked together for over 10 years either at Skanska Residential Development, Urban Splash or Crest Homes. This provides us and our partners with a significant depth of experience and a cohesive team which generates a great work ethic when applied to any project. At Studio HIVE our team has experience in managing and delivering complex commercial, residential, mixed-use buildings and estates.
